Job summary

Huisong Pharmaceuticals is seeking an organized and hands-on HR Generalist to support the day‑to‑day HR operations of our Santa Ana office. The role focuses primarily on HR documentation, payroll, compliance support, employee administration, and recruiting support as needed.

Part‑time, On-site in Santa Ana, US work authorization required. 2+ years of HR Generalist experience and familiarity with California employment law preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. HR operations and California employment requirements.
• Experience with payroll, HR documentation, and HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, forms, and HRIS information.
• Process routine payroll and maintain attendance, PTO, overtime and payroll records.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and other routine employee matters.
• Respond to routine federal and California employment compliance needs and maintain documentation.
• Support updates to HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials.
• Support recruiting as needed, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate HR matters with local management, Finance, global teams, and external service providers.
