Job summary

Nissin Ion Equipment USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist in our Billerica, MA office. You will handle payroll, benefits administration, HR data reporting, onboarding and offboarding, and partner with the President and HR team at the holding company.

The role requires 5+ years HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of multi-state payroll. ADP Vantage experience is a plus; familiarity with Japanese business culture is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience with multi-state payrolls and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Handle semi-monthly payroll processing for multiple states.
• Administer benefits including medical, dental, COBRA, 401(k).
• Develop HR data reports and maintain confidential records.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and employee communications.
• Assist with staffing, training, and HR policy adherence.
