You will handle onboarding, offboarding, timecards, and payroll in ADP RUN and contribute to recruiting, benefits, and employee records with a collaborative, patient-focused culture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HR or administrative experience (dental preferred), strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of California labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance
• Maintain staff schedules, timecards, and payroll through ADP
• Support recruitment, benefits coordination, and employee records
• Assist management with HR reporting and communications
• Assist accounting department reviewing Payroll before processing
