Job summary

Humbercare Ltd is seeking a part-time Housing Related Support worker to deliver an effective HRS service across tenures in line with management contracts. You will work with statutory, voluntary, and private sector partners to ensure services are responsive to local needs.

Role involves assessing referrals using a Housing First approach, supporting customers toward independent living, and prioritising safeguarding with access to services in the evenings and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in complex, pressurised situations.
• Experience in social care or similar environment, preferably with females.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Housing Related Support (HRS) across tenures as per contracts.
• Collaborate with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies.
