Bethlehem Haven is seeking a part-time Housing Stabilization Coordinator to support housing and income efforts for shelter residents. The role emphasizes a Housing First approach and collaboration with clients to achieve program goals.

The position is onsite and requires flexibility for weekend shifts and strong communication skills. The incumbent will oversee residential program operations, maintain databases, provide customer service, and assist with documentation and compliance to meet HUD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or four years of human services experience.
• Ability to obtain criminal record clearance.
• Able to obtain ServSAFE food certification where required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes and collects housing applications and follows up with clients.
• Maintains and updates the job bulletin boards daily.
• Monitors client progress to support HUD outcomes and housing stability.
• Keeps residents housed and facilitates meetings and resource dissemination.
• Performs nightly crossovers, roster calls, and paperwork handling.
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures building security and safety.
