Job summary

Island Hospitality in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead a small team, ensure guest rooms meet brand standards, and set a positive example through strong communication and accountability.

You will train new staff, inspect rooms and public areas daily, coordinate with maintenance and the front desk, and respond quickly to guest needs to uphold our service guarantees and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on leadership experience in housekeeping.
• Able to handle problems proactively and creatively.
• Able to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be approachable and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms meet brand standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff and communicate service expectations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk to support guest satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with laundry for linens and supplies.
