Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness, setup rooms for events, and manage waste removal in our Naples community.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 4 pm–8 pm, with compensation starting at $16.00 per hour. Join a dedicated team focused on high standards of cleanliness and resident well-being in a vibrant continuing care retirement community.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license as a condition of employment.
• Motor Vehicle Record check required if driving is involved.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
• Remove trash including refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing; vacuum carpets.
