Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida, is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee housekeeping and transportation operations in a gated retirement community.

You will lead safety, quality control, and daily scheduling while coaching staff and ensuring a clean, safe and presentable environment for residents and guests. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to health standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Current and valid state's driver license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a Company vehicle.
• Professional Security Certification such as CPP, PSP, or CHPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping functions of assigned personnel and schedule work assignments.
• Review and resolve resident, department and staff complaints; manage disciplinary steps as needed.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies/equipment; prepare work orders and safety training.
• Coordinate oversight of events, pest control and waste programs.
• Manage Transportation Department's dispatching and budget; supervise drivers and routes.

Education
