You will perform housekeeping and laundry, including apartment and common area cleaning, linen changes, carpet care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning including bathrooms, floors, and linens.
• Change bedding and linens weekly; accommodate special requests for an extra fee.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas and report resident concerns to management.
• Clean floors, carpets, windows, and bathrooms; ensure safety with proper signage.
• Handle hazardous cleaning supplies per procedures and participate in trainings.
• Respond to resident emergencies per protocol and assist with disaster responses if needed.
• Comply with all local, state, federal, and licensing rules and regulations.
• Work as part of a team, show initiative, and communicate with supervisor as required.
