Job summary

Lodge Kohler, part of Kohler Co., is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping team member for an onsite role in Green Bay, WI. You will follow cleaning standards, use appropriate chemicals, and care for cleaning tools while staying aware of VIPs and special requests.

The position is casual, part-time, with shifts 8:00am–4:30pm on weekdays and weekends. Minimum 18 years old; hotel experience helpful but not required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand most of the day is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Following established cleaning standards, ensuring the proper chemical is used on each surface.
• Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards established for Lodge Kohler
• Being responsible for proper use and care of cleaning tools assigned to you such as squeegees, sticky rollers etc.
• Understanding assignment board, noting early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, and special requests.
• Ensuring all stay over rooms are cleaned to meet stay over requirements and all checkout rooms are cleaned to standard.
