Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Housekeeper for the Lodge Kohler property in Green Bay, WI. This on-site, casual part-time role runs weekday and weekend shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, supporting guest room cleanliness and standards.

Prior hotel experience is a plus, and personal task management is important to handle stay-overs, VIPs, and special requests. Responsibilities include following cleaning standards, using proper chemicals, maintaining equipment care, and coordinating with the assignment board.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary.
• Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Following established cleaning standards, ensuring the proper chemical is used on each surface.
• Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards established for Lodge Kohler
• Being responsible for proper use and care of cleaning tools assigned to you such as squeegees, sticky rollers etc.
• Being responsible for understanding assignment board, making a note of early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, special requests etc.
• Ensuring all stay over rooms must be cleaned to meet stay over requirements to include personalizing of room, and all checkout rooms must be cleaned to meet hotel standard.
