Job summary

Distinctive Living seeks a part-time Housekeeper for Mira Vie at Fanwood in Fanwood, NJ. The role covers apartment and common area cleaning, laundry, carpet care, and compliance with regulatory standards. Workdays include Wednesday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 8am–4pm.

You will interact with residents, maintain spotless spaces, and support a safe, respectful living environment. Prior cleaning experience and good communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning and laundry tasks.
• Change bedding weekly and coordinate with residents for preferred schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and respond to resident health concerns as appropriate.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning supplies and labeling.
• Attend in-service trainings and communicate with management as needed.
