Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning of bathrooms and floors.
• Changes bedding and linens weekly and as requested.
• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner and communicates concerns to management.
• Maintains cleanliness of all common areas and entrances.
• Cleans floors, carpets, and restrooms and uses proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Handles hazardous cleaning supplies per procedures.
