Distinctive Living in Tinton Falls, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper for Mira Vie Tinton Falls. The ideal candidate will perform cleaning, laundry, linen changes, and carpet care while ensuring resident privacy and safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of apartments and common areas, communicating with management, and participating in required trainings while complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsabilités

• Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning and laundry tasks including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Change linens weekly and manage linen inventory as needed.
• Interact with residents in a friendly manner and report health concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas and public spaces in the building.
• Clean floors, carpets, windows, and furniture; use appropriate safety signs.
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and with proper labeling.
• Attend in-service trainings and follow established procedures.
• Respond to resident emergencies per protocol and assist with safety/disaster plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and licensing rules affecting the property.
