Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician at the Hilton Garden Inn to manage the maintenance and repair needs of the hotel. This role involves plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills to handle various tasks including fixture changes, drywall repairs, and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum high school education and two years of related experience, be able to work independently, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry crafts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing functions including soldering and fixture changes.
• Repair and paint drywall and other surfaces.
• Perform electrical functions including outlet and switch changes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel facilities.
• Respond to maintenance needs as assigned.
