Responsibilities

• Clean apartments, common areas, hallways, amenities, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and interior spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartments after contractor work for immediate move-in.
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins and turnovers.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns to management.
• Follow cleaning, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment for residents and team members.
