Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a reliable Part-time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of apartments, common areas, and amenities in Garland, TX. You will also clean and ready units after contractor work for immediate move-in.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and reporting issues to management. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; strong attention to detail and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
