Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support our multifamily community in Garland, TX. You will handle inquiries, tours, applications, and move-in processes while contributing to occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills, with CRM tooling and Fair Housing knowledge as valued assets. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect inquiries and follow up timely.
• Conduct property tours and present apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
• Support leasing through move-in and renewals as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities.
• Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.
