Job summary

DuPage County is seeking a part-time Housekeeper I for the Kenneth Moy Care Center in Wheaton, IL. The role involves cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining sanitary conditions across resident areas, with training provided where needed.

Weekend shifts are not eligible for benefits. Part-time employees receive pro-rated vacation time, sick time, holiday pay and access to IMRF pension, with a full benefits package available for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Past cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, restrooms, and resident rooms following prescribed procedures.
• Disinfect surfaces, sweep, mop, polish furniture, change bed linens, and empty trash.
