Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and plating standards: assemble items per standard recipes and quality expectations.
• Create attractive displays: assist with line specials and presentations.
• Operate kitchen equipment: mixers, slicers, ovens, fryers.
• Maintain a clean kitchen: keep stations and storage areas organized and sanitary.
• Follow food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate preparation and meet deadlines.
• Support daily operations and contribute to profitable department performance.
