Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rock Hill SC is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Associate to keep guest areas and back of house functioning safely. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine checks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, ensuring hotel standards are met and guest comfort maintained.

The role requires 1+ year hotel maintenance experience, high school diploma, and a professional, punctual approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must display professionalism, honesty, and reliability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending, etc.).
• Ability to work in varying weather and schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and complete documentation.
• Keep guest rooms and public areas in optimal operating condition.
• Operate and check equipment; diagnose issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
