Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Maintains hotel grounds and public areas in clean, orderly condition
• Assists room attendants and maintenance with repairs and supplies
• Ensures safety and security procedures are followed
• Responds to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or significant issues
• Performs other duties as assigned
