Qualifications

• 3 years cooking experience preferred; broiler cooking preferred.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic math to understand recipes and portions.
• Basic English ability to understand inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily production lists for production.
• Reads and uses recipes with basic math.
• Prepares broiled and sautéed items according to recipes.
• Ensures proper storage and portion control.
• Maintains logs, equipment cleanliness and health regs.
• Maintains safe work environment by following safety rules.
• Able to work both AM and PM shifts.
