Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• 3 years cooking experience preferred; broiler cooking preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage prep, service standards, and guest etiquette.
• Basic English for understanding instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily prep lists and confirms production needs.
• Reads recipes and uses measurements to prepare broiled and sautéed items.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety; follows health department regulations.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and assists other kitchen staff.
• Follows shift requirements for AM and PM roles.
