Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Cook to join our on-call kitchen team. You will assist with food preparation, maintain sanitation, and ensure accurate portioning and timely service for guests.

Ideal candidates have a passion for quality, can work both shifts AM/PM, and hold a Food Handler Card. Prior line cook experience, especially with broiler and sauté cooking, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• 3 years cooking experience preferred. Broiler cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and sanitation.
• Ability to understand recipes and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily prep lists for production.
• Cook broiled and sautéed items per standard recipes.
• Ensure proper storage, portion control and quality.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
