ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures at the Minneapolis area hotel. The role focuses on delivering a consistent guest experience, maintaining carts and laundry areas, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues as needed.

You'll support guests and associates with a 100% commitment to service, participate in required training, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines, time objectives and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, laundry areas and stock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Address guest requests when possible.
