Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure the highest level of guest room cleanliness in accordance with our standards. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining carts and laundry areas to the hotel’s specifications.

The role supports guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Daily duties include reporting issues to the front desk, assisting with guest requests when possible, and completing mandatory training programs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
