Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company standards.
• Strong judgment and reliability in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to guest experience and cleans rooms per company standards.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards while in use.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodates requests whenever possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required training, including Extended Stay University.
