ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, proper stocking of carts, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting guests with requests to ensure a pleasant stay for visitors at Extended Stay America locations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms if necessary and or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible.
