The Nordic Lodge at Steamboat Springs, operated by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Part-Time Engineer to support our hospitality teams. The role focuses on maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, and responding to guest requests. The position requires a professional appearance, clear communication, and basic technology skills.

Qualificações

• Clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate clearly (Speaking and writing).
• Ability to utilize basic technology including a smartphone and a computer.
• Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain timelines and work schedule per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and night reports for assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain guestrooms using preventive maintenance program.
• Change HVAC filters, belts, bearings and lubricate as needed; check for unusual noise.
• Change or repair locks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist other engineering personnel as instructed by supervisor.
