East West Hospitality in Snowmass Village, CO seeks a dependable Engineering Technician to maintain the safety, appearance, and function of residential and hospitality properties. This hands-on role handles preventive maintenance, responds to work orders, and supports evening operations across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn within the hospitality maintenance field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve routine maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest, homeowner, and operational maintenance requests.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout residential and hospitality properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, lighting, doors, locks, and general building systems.
• Monitor pools, spas, and mechanical equipment during evening hours.
• Conduct routine inspections and complete work orders with proper documentation.
• Follow safety policies, PPE, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices.
