Responsibilities

• Work with clients and Operations to ensure events are completed successfully.
• Set-up, tear-down, and loading/unloading of equipment as needed.
• Operate audio, visual, and lighting equipment for live and virtual events.
• Provide excellent customer service to hotel staff and clients, handling equipment changes promptly.
• Ensure equipment is functional and safely presented, and that clients are comfortable with operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to satisfactory resolution.
• Fulfill other duties to ensure success of Markey’s events.
