Job summary

• Two years of related customer service experience, including cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide prompt, accurate, and personalized service.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to food and alcohol service.
• Be the go-to expert on our food, cocktails, wine, and beer offerings.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and organized.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Accurately manage cash transactions and reconcile bartender financials at the end of each shift.
