Job summary

Kentucky Soaps and Such is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to create a welcoming in-store experience. You will provide exceptional customer service and share product knowledge with every guest.

Greet guests warmly, guide them through the store, discuss ingredients and usage, keep the shop clean and well-presented, and assist with checkout and packaging. Evening and weekend availability is welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
