Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group (CHG) seeks a reliable Part-Time Hospitality Service Technician to join our Operations team in Boston. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help maintain top-tier service standards and keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting a variety of event times.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of serving experience, strong communication and teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in dynamic events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with varied or extended hours.
• Food Hygiene / Food Handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine, anticipatory service to clients, guests, and members.
• Set up, maintain, replenish, and break down Food & Beverage stations per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment with sanitation in mind.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, recipes, and event details.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as required.
