Responsibilities

• Provides instruction in hospitality management curriculum courses.
• Directly supervises curriculum students in practicum and laboratory environments.
• Models world-class service to help students develop employment skills.
• Prepares syllabi reflecting course objectives.
• Delivers a teaching program that maximizes scheduled class and lab time.
• Maintains student records including grades and attendance.
• Adheres to college policies and maintains communication with department chair and students.
