Job summary

Seneca Gaming and Entertainment in Salamanca, NY is seeking a part-time Hospitality Associate to support concession and retail operations. You will handle food preparation, cashier duties, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Previous customer service, food preparation and/or retail experience preferred.
• Must possess good math skills and a positive personality with ability to work closely with guests.
• Must pass an SGA background clearance in accordance with National Gaming Commission Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close concession area including retail area; set up supplies and restock products.
• Learn kitchen duties, including cooking hot and cold food according to recipes and temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards.
• Handle cash drawer and cashier duties with accurate accounting of daily monies.
• Assist guests with menu, product selection and inquiries; promote and apply product knowledge.
