Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Holy Redeemer Health System Meadowbrook Campus in Meadowbrook, PA. The RD will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life aligned with patient goals in a typical 24-hour-per-week schedule, onsite.

Candidates should hold a nutrition degree, CDR credential or eligibility, and complete CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the CDR or meets the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years, per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in the development, review, and revision of quality improvement programs.
