Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Part Time Hospital Phlebotomist at the Seattle, WA location to perform blood collections and specimen processing for diverse patient age groups. The role involves data entry, billing support, and delivering excellent patient service on a Tue/Thu 4:00am-2:30pm schedule.

Candidates must hold a Washington State Phlebotomy license (MA-P). Prefer 1+ year of phlebotomy experience and flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
