Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1200 12th Ave S. Seattle, WA 98144. This role supports blood collection, specimen handling, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with rotating weekends, and opportunities in Patient Service Centers, Client Offices, or Hospitals. A quarterly incentive bonus program is available based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P) is required.
• 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
