Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team and service our hospital locations in Seattle, Issaquah, and Ballard, Washington. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, delivering patient-centered service.

This role requires a Washington State phlebotomy license (MA-P) and preferred experience. You will assist with data entry, billing, and specimen processing while supporting diagnostic testing and patient care.

Qualifications

• Washington State phlebotomy license (MA-P) is required.
• Phlebotomy experience and ability to collect for all ages preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
