Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a part-time driver in the Bloomington, IN area to ensure timely pickup and delivery of laboratory specimens and supplies to and from the Hospital.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid Indiana driver’s license, a clean driving history, and strong communication and customer service skills. Daily activity logs of trips, destinations, and requests must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Drive in Bloomington and surrounding areas to pick up and deliver laboratory specimens and supplies.
• Review specimen request information for accuracy and proper packaging.
• Assist with sorting client reports.
• Assist with sorting deliveries according to specimen type and department.
• Maintain a daily activity log with trips, destinations, times, and requests.
