Job summary

Indiana University Health System in Bloomington, IN is seeking a part-time courier to drive throughout the Bloomington area, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of laboratory specimens, supplies, and other items to and from the Hospital.

You will review specimen request information for accuracy, assist with sorting client reports, and maintain a daily activity log with trips, destinations, and times. A HS diploma or GED, valid Indiana driver's license, and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives throughout the Bloomington area delivering laboratory specimens, supplies, and other items to and from the Hospital.
• Reviews the client's specimen request information for accuracy and proper packaging.
• Assists with sorting client reports and deliveries according to specimen type and department requirements.
• Keeps a daily activity record including trips, destinations, times, and request counts.
