Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a part-time Case Manager (24 hours/week) to oversee the hospital case management process from admission to discharge. You will coordinate assessments, planning, intervention, and referrals with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure in Nevada, BLS certification, and 5+ years in nursing with leadership experience. Benefits are provided for both full- and part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; baccalaureate degree required; masters preferred.
• Current Nevada Registered Nurse License.
• Five or more years of nursing experience with at least five years in leadership.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure appropriate discharge planning and referrals.
• Provide consultation and education to facility leadership and staff on case management practices.
