Highland Homes is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant in the Houston area. This entry-level role offers an hourly compensation plan and up to 27 hours per week, with a focus on learning the sales process, prospecting, and contract management. A high school diploma is required and prior sales experience is a plus.

The PTSA supports the Sales Counselor and team, helps keep the model homes presentable, and provides essential clerical and marketing assistance to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Counselor and team with selling and marketing activities.
• Open and close model in mornings, ensure showroom readiness by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
• Greet customers, collect registrations, and set up follow-up appointments.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory; monitor and report deficiencies.
• Assist with lead management and filing of contracts and documents.
