Responsibilities

• Support Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with selling and marketing efforts.
• Open the model in the morning and ensure showroom readiness by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
• Greet customers, obtain registration cards, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory; manage light duties and sign placement.
• Assist with lead management, filing, and processing of contracts and documents.
• Help coordinate closings and marketing initiatives for the subdivision.
