Job summary

Highland Homes is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant in the Houston area to support Sales Counselors with selling and marketing efforts for our community. The role involves greeting customers, registering prospects, handling inventory and model maintenance, and assisting with lead management and closings as needed.

This entry-level position offers hourly compensation and a maximum of 27 hours per week. A high school diploma is required, and prior sales experience is a plus; strong organization

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with selling and marketingthe community.
• Open the model in the morning and ensure it is ready for business by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
• Greet incoming customers, register prospects, and assist with follow-up appointments.
• Assist with lead management, filing, and coordinating sales paperwork.
• Support closings and marketing activities as needed.
