EmpowerHome Team – Atlanta is seeking a dynamic listing agent to join our rapidly growing real estate team in Georgia. Meet with motivated home sellers, conduct consultations, set pricing, and manage CRM-driven follow-up to maximize appointments and close listings.

Full-time role with competitive compensation ($75,000–$150,000+ commission). We provide ongoing coaching, inside sales support, and robust marketing/transaction coordination to help you build a scalable business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to use CRM and marketing technologies.
• Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through listing and selling.
• Conduct listing consultations and recommend pricing and next steps.
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven systems.
• Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals and repeat business.
• Host team open houses and coordinate all showings.
• Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum appointment flow.
• Attend weekly training, coaching, and sales meetings.
• Market and stage homes to attract buyers quickly.
• Reach out to inquiries to convert leads into listing appointments.
