Responsibilities

• Build and implement household systems that create structure and ease throughout the home
• Own the daily household reset and manage tidying, dishes, and prep for cleaning visits
• Coordinate donations, decluttering, and organization
• Support holiday preparation and party prep
• Create and maintain a toy rotation system and organize play areas
• Assist with packing/unpacking for travel
• Provide light supervision and back-up childcare as needed
• Fold and organize family laundry; assist with ironing/steaming
• Manage household supply lists and run errands
• Coordinate grocery shopping and kitchen stocking
• Take ownership of organizational projects and occasional deep-clean tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and handymen; source quotes for repairs
