Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting multiple departments as needed. This role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to provide the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (various tasks).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
